If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please contact us and mail it back within 7 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the item found defective on arriving (DOA), you should report such an issue within 7 days and return the item to us within 14 days for EXCHANGE of the same item.
Return MUST contains all original item packaging, payment number, and description of the item's problem. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If buyers change their minds and like to cancel the order or return a shipped item, please contact us to arrange. After payment has been processed, Cancellations will be met with a 30% cancellation fee of the selling price of the item. The actual shipping fee & re-stocking fee will be applied.
Please make sure it is in its original condition (including all the packing materials)
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status and your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a segmental or whole of your payment refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
